Our capabilities
Nine studios, one integrated team.
Nine capabilities spanning AI and data, engineering, cloud, security, enterprise platforms, and quality—solutions that help organizations adopt AI, modernize critical systems, and gain market share. Each studio is a senior team with deep expertise in its discipline, forward-deployed into the client’s environment; engagements draw on as many as the challenge requires, under one accountable lead.
Studio 01
Product Engineering
Software development and engineering
Most organizations have a roadmap longer than their engineering capacity. We help clients build the digital products and platforms their customers and employees rely on—web, mobile, APIs, and the systems underneath—with senior teams that own a product area end to end and report progress in working software.

Consulting
Digital transformation consulting: business reinvention, powered by AI and engineering
In many organizations the strategy is sound, yet the business runs as it always has and AI is adopted in pockets. We help leaders decide where AI changes the business and reinvent how their organization operates—strategy, AI, operating model, and customer experience—turning AI adoption into market share, and we stay to engineer the change, because the people who shape the plan are the people who deliver it.
Connect with this studioHow we help
- Business and technology reinvention strategy, tied to a funded and sequenced roadmap
- AI-first transformation that changes how work is done rather than where AI is attached
- Operating models for product organizations: long-lived teams, platforms, and the practices that sustain delivery
- Customer and employee experience reinvention, from research to first release
- Architecture, platform, and build-buy-partner decisions supported by the numbers
- Program recovery and re-baselining when a transformation has stalled
What clients can expect
A reinvention roadmap in which every initiative has an owner, a cost, and a first sprint
Decisions documented with their trade-offs, so that the next leadership team inherits reasoning rather than folklore
A target operating model and architecture shaped with the client’s own engineers
Consultants who continue into the build, so that the plan and the delivery carry the same names
Within Consulting
Government Relations
Procurement, public funding, and regulatory engagement
Organizations that sell to government, are regulated by it, or seek public investment need a deliberate approach to that relationship. We help clients navigate procurement, regulation, and funding programs in Canada—and, where advocacy is required, plan and conduct it transparently and in compliance with the federal Lobbying Act and its provincial counterparts.
How we help
- Procurement readiness: qualification for federal and provincial supply arrangements, vendor-of-record lists, and standing offers, and bid responses written to the evaluation criteria
- Public funding and incentives: mapping programs such as IRAP, SR&ED, and regional development agency funding to the roadmap, and preparing applications that withstand review
- Regulatory engagement: submissions, consultations, and technical briefings for regulators such as OSFI, the CRTC, Health Canada, and privacy commissioners, grounded in the systems the client actually runs
- Stakeholder and public affairs strategy: mapping decision-makers, sequencing engagement, and preparing leaders for meetings and committee appearances
- Digital government partnerships: positioning products and services for public-sector adoption, including accessibility, bilingual, and data-residency requirements
- Lobbying compliance: registration, reporting, and record-keeping under the federal Lobbying Act and provincial regimes, so that advocacy withstands scrutiny
What clients can expect
A government engagement plan with owners, timelines, and registration obligations documented
Bid, funding, and regulatory submissions the client’s team can reuse
Engagement built on delivery rather than access, which outlasts a change of government

CloudOps
Cloud migration and managed cloud
For many organizations, infrastructure is a risk that cannot be seen and a cost that cannot be explained. We help clients migrate to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, secure the environment, make every dollar visible, and operate it—so that a small team can run critical infrastructure with confidence.
Connect with this studioHow we help
- Migrations—lift, re-platform, or rebuild—selected workload by workload
- Landing zones, Kubernetes, and container platforms
- Infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and environment automation
- FinOps: allocation, right-sizing, and the reporting that makes savings durable
- Site reliability: service-level objectives, on-call design, and incident practice
- Managed cloud operations around the clock, with named engineers
What clients can expect
Environments rebuilt from code in minutes
A cost model with an owner for every line
Reliability targets the client’s team has agreed to and can meet
An operations team that is reachable when it matters
Studio 04
Cybersecurity
Security implementation, monitoring, and managed security
Security controls often live in policy documents rather than in systems. We help clients embed controls where the work happens, establish monitoring and response for critical systems, and produce the evidence regulators and boards expect—within the tools their teams already use, so that the secure path is also the practical one.
Connect with this studioHow we help
- Security architecture and zero-trust identity design
- Cloud security posture, hardening, and secrets management
- Application security: threat modelling, SAST/DAST, and a secure development life cycle
- Detection and response: SIEM, monitoring, and runbooks
- Managed security operations with defined escalation
- Compliance evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and sector regulators
What clients can expect
Controls implemented rather than recommended
Monitoring that produces alerts a person can act on
Incident runbooks rehearsed before they are needed
An evidence trail auditors can follow
Studio 05
Run & Evolve
Application maintenance and support
Critical systems often work well enough that no one wants to change them—until change becomes unavoidable. We help clients keep these applications stable, patched, and observable, and evolve them through small, low-risk releases, so that maintenance never becomes stagnation.
Connect with this studioHow we help
- Application support under defined service levels, with named engineers
- Observability and incident response for systems we did not build
- Dependency, security, and platform upgrades on a schedule
- Small enhancements delivered continuously alongside support
- Knowledge capture from the people retiring with the system
- Strangler-pattern modernization of legacy estates, one slice at a time
What clients can expect
Documentation where none existed before
An upgrade cadence with rollback rehearsed
A backlog that moves rather than a queue that grows
A support line that is answered
Studio 06
Data & AI
AI consulting, data engineering, and enterprise AI implementation
Many AI pilots impress the organization and never reach production, while the vital decisions they were meant to inform are still made without them. We help clients build what was missing: a governed data foundation, an evaluation framework that identifies when an answer is wrong, and the operating discipline that keeps the system reliable in production—so that real-time, AI-driven decisions become a durable market edge rather than a demonstration.
Connect with this studioHow we help
- Lakehouse and warehouse platforms with lineage, governance, and residency
- Pipelines and semantic layers with tests, alerting, and owners
- Copilots and assistants over a client’s own documents, systems, and data
- Agents that complete multi-step work with guardrails and human hand-offs
- Evaluation suites, red-teaming, and drift monitoring for models in use
- MLOps: training, deployment, and cost management across vendors
What clients can expect
A working system in the client’s environment rather than a presentation
An evaluation framework built from the client’s own cases
A data platform the client’s engineers can extend independently
Cost and latency budgets vendors can be held to
Studio 07
Enterprise Platforms
SAP · Salesforce · ServiceNow · Oracle · Microsoft · Adobe · AWS · Google Cloud
Enterprise platforms are frequently installed but not adopted, while the business continues to run on spreadsheets. We help clients configure, integrate, and extend SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, Microsoft, and Adobe around the way work actually happens—and connect them to the rest of the estate, where much of the value lies.
Connect with this studioHow we help
- Implementations and re-implementations scoped to what the business requires
- Customization and extension that preserves the upgrade path
- Integration layers between platforms and the rest of the estate
- Data migration with reconciliation the client can sign off
- Adoption, training, and change support for the teams who work in the platform
- Platform health checks and licence-cost reviews
What clients can expect
A platform configured for the client’s processes rather than the demonstration’s
Integrations that are documented and monitored
A migration reconciled to the dollar
Users who do not return to the spreadsheet
Studio 08
Platforms & Licensing
Proprietary platforms and technology licences

Connect with this studioHow we help
- Test strategy and automation frameworks for web, mobile, and APIs
- AI-assisted test generation and maintenance that keeps pace with the code
- Performance, load, and resilience testing before peak season rather than during it
- Accessibility and security testing integrated into the pipeline
- Release engineering: CI quality gates, environments, and rollback rehearsals
- Quality assessments of platforms and vendors before sign-off
What clients can expect
A test suite that runs on every change and that the client’s team can read
Performance baselines with agreed targets
Quality gates in the pipeline rather than in a spreadsheet
Fewer incidents, and the means to demonstrate it
Quality assessment
Two weeks
Where quality is lost today, what it costs, and the order in which to address it.
Automation build
Six to ten weeks
A test suite that runs on every change and that the client’s team can read and extend.
Embedded quality engineers
Ongoing
Quality engineers within the client’s teams, with the tooling they bring.
