Accessibility statement

Last updated · Loonwise is operated by Maisons Simple Way inc.

Loonwise is committed to ensuring that everyone can use this site, including people who rely on assistive technology. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and we test with a keyboard and a screen reader before pages are published.

What we do

  • Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Text meets AA contrast on its background.
  • Motion respects the reduce motion setting of your operating system, and no content depends on animation to appear.
  • Forms label every field, report errors in text, and never rely on colour alone.
  • Type is set in relative units and reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320px wide.

Contact us

Please email hello@loonwise.ca with the page and a description of what happened. We respond within five business days and address confirmed issues as a priority.

This commitment extends to the products we build for clients: accessibility to WCAG 2.1 AA is part of our definition of done, verified with assistive technology rather than a checklist.
